New Stroller

Here is our new double stroller! Steve and I went to Best buy to get a new changing table pad and walked out with a new double stroller. We got a good deal on the 2010 floor model so we took it. We have already sold our two single strollers so we are all set now!

Weekly Belly Picture- 24 weeks

How far along? 24 weeks 5 days
Total weight gain: 12 Pounds
Body Changes? Big belly, weight distributed all over my body. Breasts are sensitive.
Sleep: Sleep is starting to become a little more difficult. I'm uncomfortable and wake up a few times during the night.
Best moment this week: Getting the boys rooms organized.
Baby Gender: BOY!!!
Food Cravings: none
Symptoms: GD has reared its ugly head. I am now constantly testing my blood sugar and watching what I eat but my numbers have been good.
Movement: Matteo is starting to kick harder and it can definitely startle me at times.
What I am looking forward to: the weekend. I have been really tired lately.
Milestones: Taking my GD very seriously and following a good diet.

Sleep: Sleeping great although a little uncomfortable.
Best moment this week: Seeing Max walk his first few steps.
Baby Gender: BOY!!!
Food Cravings: none
Symptoms: My GD numbers are borderline to slightly over so I have had to watch what I eat and be more careful. I have been forgetful and need to tell myself to slow down because now I feel really pregnant and I can tell my body is having a difficult time keeping up.
Movement: I feel Matteo kick especially when I'm relaxed and I love every moment of it.
What I am looking forward to: Organizing the boys room tomorrow when Max's new furniture gets here.
Milestones: We agreed on a name for our little one: Matteo Luca Villanueva. It is so nice to finally have a name and to be able to call him by it.

Doctor Visit

I had my monthly check up and everything looked great. The doctor said I only gained eight pounds so far, but on my scale it adds up to about 12 pounds. She said the anatomy screening was great and that my belly was measuring a little ahead which is what Max did too. She said I don't have to take the gestational test as long as I keep testing myself, especially the fasting numbers which should be below 90-95. She said at this point it feels as if I'm 30 weeks along the second time around and I think she is right. I don't remember it being this hard with Max around this time. I know I didn't have the commute then and another child but it seems so much more uncomfortable this time around. At least everything is looking great which is all that matters!

Total weight gain: 11 Pounds
Body Changes? Belly is in the way now and is definitly a big. Boobs are bigger and my bras are so uncomfortable. I've gained a few onus in the past week and my legs look bigger.
Sleep: Sleeping great although a little uncomfortable.
Best moment this week: picking the name for our son and painting maxs new room.
Baby Gender: BOY!!!
Food Cravings: none
Symptoms: Peeing very often now. My gd numbers are going up a little but not over yet. Still need to be careful. I feel full much sooner and am uncomfortable.
Movement: love feeling my son kicking.
What I am looking forward to: Seeing the doctor this week.
Milestones: Getting thru the week. It has been tough now with work and having a baby at home. I can't wait for may to arrive!

How far along? 21 Weeks 6 days
Total weight gain: 8.5 Pounds
Body Changes? Belly is in the way now and is definitly a big mellon size belly.Cute
Sleep: Sleeping better again which is nice now that I'm done with my antibiotics. Peeing a lot more during night.
Best moment this week: Picking out furniture for Max's new room.
Baby Gender: BOY!!!
Food Cravings: none
Symptoms: Peeing very often now. I have a bad cough so when I have a coughing episode I pee my pants a little which gets so annoying.
Movement: I can feel little man kicking which never gets old.
What I am looking forward to: Seeing the doctor next week.
Milestones: Getting over my cold. This pregnancy has gotten so much more real now that we are four months away and we know what we are having. I couldn't be happier to have two little boys.
